To help you in this process, we feel it is important that you get to know us. We (Gerry and Emma Klotz) established PR1ME ROOFING in 2001 in order to serve the population of Essex and Kent county with a non-corporate, effective roofing company. Our goal is to provide each and every one of our clients with an experience that includes:

OUR ESTIMATE
 We believe in doing everything right...from the start. After inspecting and measuring your roof, we provide a free, fully detailed estimate. The materials (both quantity and price), disposal, and labour costs are broken down so you know exactly what products and services you will be receiving. Furthermore, a written description of what will take place is provided. We also give examples of a few of the roofs we have completed in the past, to give you a sense of our expertise and compentency.

THE MATERIALS
 We believe in using only the best materials on your roof. Therefore, all of our materials are made in Canada and purchased locally. You will enjoy a wide range of IKO* and GAF* shingle styles and colours from which to choose. Furthermore, if requested, we provide full shingle samples. By doing this, you will have a real shingle from which to make your decision (not just a tiny tab).

OUR WORKMANSHIP
 We appreciate that the quality of our workmanship is of the utmost importance to you. We do not subcontract our clients roofs to other companies (most larger roofing installers do). Our installers are employed by us and trained by Gerry to the building codes standards of Essex County as well as the manufacturers high standards. We also perform a criminal background check on all of our employees foe everyone's peace of mind. Finally, Gerry is working on every job. WE DO ONE JOB AT A TIME, the right way---UNTIL COMPLETE!!!

INSURANCE
 We UNDERSTAND AND RESPECT the emotional and financial value of your home; therefore for your protection and peace of mind, we are completely covered with WSIB and Liability insurance. We would be happy to provide copies of either.

PRICING
 We endever to provide you with fair and sensible pricing. We are successful at this as we do not make any profit on your materials or disposal. Secondly, we keep our overhead at a minimum by doing all of the work on your roof ourselves. Emma takes care of the office duties and Gerry will be present and working on every job.

GUARANTEES AND WARRANTEES

• We offer a five year warrantee on our workmanship on shingled roofs.
• We offer a ten year warrantee on our workmanship on flat-roofs.

 For your convenience, we now accept VISA and MASTERCARD, We also accept cheques.
